Dengan berakhirnya program 100 hari dan dimulainya tahun I program Kabinet Indonesia Bersatu Jilid II, Pengurus Konsorsium Bioteknologi Indonesia (KBI) yang dipimpin oleh Bambang Prasetya, Kepala Pusat Penelitian Bioteknologi LIPI selaku ketua KBI, pada Jum'at 29 Januari 2010 menyampaikan pada Menristek Suharna Surapranata di ruang kerjanya, "9 Rekomendasi KBI untuk membangun Indonesia ke depan lebih baik".  |
